Renewal Information :
Step 1 : Enter your licence plate number.
Step 2 : Enter the last six characters of the VIN. Last 6 digits of VIN:
Step 3 : Enter your date of birth. If company owned, enter the vehicle’s registration last expiry date.

What is the fee?:
$100 is the annual renewal fee for a private passenger vehicle, taxi cab or truck (less than 4100 kg).
Motor Vehicle Registration Fees :
** The annual registration fee for a private passenger vehicle, taxicab or truck with a gross weight of less than 4,100 kg is $100.

How long will it take to process my registration?:
** Allow at least 15 business days for your registration and sticker to reach you by mail. A new licence plate may also be sent to you – if required.
** Until then, print and keep the receipt of payment in your vehicle.
** Once your online payment is complete, your motor vehicle registration will be updated in real time and available to police authorities immediately.
** If you do not receive your new registration, sticker (and plate if required) after 15 business days, please contact any Access PEI office.
What happens if I get pulled over by the police before I have my new stickers?:
In fact, once you complete your online application and payment the Motor Vehicle Registration database is updated in real time to reflect your renewal. This database is shared with police authorities. Using this online database, an officer on patrol can see that your renewal is valid even if your sticker is not.
What happens if the information I supply does not match Motor Vehicle Registration records?:
Review the information you entered to ensure no errors were made. Make any necessary corrections and try your online application again.
Are there other ways to renew my MVR?:
