What is Manual Recharge? Manual recharge is when customers pay any amount to top up their credits for any of TCC’s prepaid cards. Whether it’s your mobile phone account, your prepaid fixed line account or your Malo e Lelei card account.
Where can we get Manual Recharge? :
Customers can pay any amount at any of our TCC offices in Tongatapu at Salote Road counter, ‘Unga Road Counter, TCC Centre and our main offices at Vava’u, Ha’apai, ‘Eua and the two Niuas. Please note that at the two Niuas, customers can only manual Recharge their Malo e Lelei cards.
How does a Manual Recharge work?:
When customers want to top up their mobile phone account or their prepaid fixed line account. They only need to tell the cashiers at our counters their telephone numbers and pay the amount that they want to put into their accounts and they will get a receipt for that transaction. Our cashiers will put in that amount into your account and can be used by the customers after a maximum of 2 minutes. If customers want to recharge their used Malo e Lelei cards, they will need to give our cashiers the card number of the Malo e lelei card and pay the amount they want to put into that account.
eVoucher:
You can buy top-up eVouchers at selective TCC Card Agent – just ask the checkout assistant who will print your eVoucher like a till receipt. Choose from values of $10, $15, and $20. Once you’ve bought a voucher, you can load the talk time directly onto your mobile – call 0800 912 and follow the instructions.
That’s it, you’ll then hear a message telling you ‘The top-up has been successful’ and you’re ready to talk to a friend.
