Application for Potable Water supply :

We realise that it isn’t always possible, convenient or even necessary to make the journey down to our offices just to pick up a form, only to then have to complete and return it. This is why we have created a one-stop-shop online for you to locate and download all the necessary forms for all the different services you may require. Just have a look below; they’re all there!

1. Main Meter application: For new buildings / estate management.
2. Normal Meter application: This is the standard application that most customers will need.
3. Sub-Meter application

These residents will also need to download form AMC1 and get it signed by their corresponding management company.

If the forms have been completed under a company name, the company stamp will need to accompany the signature on the form.

In addition, you will require either of the following documents to apply for the above services:
Deed of Purchase,
Rental Agreement or Housing contract
ID Card or Passport

If the application is submitted under a company name, the company’s certificate of incorporation will also be required.

It will also be mandatory for a direct debit form to be completed should the application be under a company name.

A refundable deposit will also need to be made on application.

Application for Salt Water supply:
In order to set up your salt water supply you will need to download the application form

Application for Disconnection of Potable Water supply:
If you wish to disconnect the water supply to your property and receive a final bill you will need to download and complete the application form (here).
