Issuance of Certificates of Presence/ Absence Convictions :
Sphere of the service :
A) Information-center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the following cases:
** to provide the diplomatic missions and consular offices of foreign countries in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan

B) city/district subdivisions of the Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, subdivision of the internal affairs of Tashkent city, subdivision of the internal affairs of regions in all other cases, such as:
** for obtaining a license for the design, installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of fire automatics, security, fire and fire-security alarms;
** for guardianship bodies (for adoption);
** for the department of defence (for military service);
** Qualification commissions at regional offices of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Office of Notaries, Registry Office and advocacies of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
** for employment in organizations, enterprises and institutions (banks and public education institutions, joint ventures, etc.)

** Application for providing information about the presence (absence) of a criminal record (original, 1 pc.) (Provided no return).
** Ordinary passport (original, 1 pc.) (Available for verification passport copy at the beginning of the service and getting help).
** A copy of the passport (1 pc.) (Provided no return).
By Trustee:
** Application for a certificate by proxy (original, 1 pc.), Provided by an authorized person in the personal presence of the impossibility of a statement of a citizen, on providing information about the presence (absence) of a criminal record (provided no return).
** Power of attorney for help on the presence (absence) convictions citizens of Uzbekistan, foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, or outside it (original, 1 pc.), Provided by the person authorized to receive such information.
** Ordinary passport (original, 1 pc.) Of the authorized person (available for reconciliation with the data at the beginning of the power of attorney of the service and getting help).
** A copy of the passport (1 pc.) Persons to whom a certificate is issued (provided no return).
** A copy of the power of attorney to obtain information about the presence (absence) of Criminal Records (1 pc.) (Provided no return).
Legal basis for service provision:
Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 13 December 2002 “On citizens’.
Legal documents fo the Ministry of Internal affaires.
Cost and method of payment for the service:
Free.
Period of dealing with an application:
Within 15 days from the date of application. If necessary, request additional information period may be extended to 30 days.
