An application for TIC registration;
** Deposited materials, identifying topology;
** A document, confirming payment of the patent fee;
** When applying for registration of the applicant’s authorized representative application shall further contain a power of attorney confirming the authority of the trustee;
** An application for registration related to the topology used for commercial purposes after the date of its submission to the Agency shall further contain a document confirming the date of the first use of this topology for commercial purposes.

** Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On legal protection of topographies of integrated circuits”
