This service enables to apply for nol personalized card gold category and regular category for all transportation users.

Required Documents

If you will apply through online e-services:
** Personal photo with white background (JPG/JPEG format in less than 50KB).
** Copy of UAE national ID with two sides (jpg/jpeg format in less than 2MB).
** Permanent disabled card issued by Ministry of Social Affairs (disabled).
** Signed and stamped letter from educational institute (students)
** Prof from Ministry of Social Affairs (social affairs)

Terms & Conditions

For the personalized and the registered cards, the customer need the PIN code- Card for the seniors: the customer must be aged 60 years and above.  Card for students: applicant must be a student aged between 5 to 23 years old.

The educational institute must be approved by the Ministry of education, knowledge and human development authority or Ministry of higher education.  Card for disable: applicant should have a disabled card issued by Ministry of Social Affairs and should be permanently disabled. Social affairs: prof from ministry of social affairs.

You will receive:
** In case got the approval for issuing nol blue card, the customer will receive sms with card pin code. Which the customer should keep this pin code to use it for register the nol card in the eservices on the nol web site and mobile applications. Also, the customer needs the pin code to block the nol card once he lost it.

** Seniors from age 60 and above, social affairs and students age from 5 to 23 years old receive 50% discount when using Dubai metro, buss and tram Dubai. Public bus, metro and Dubai tram.
** Services are only free of charges for permanent disable.
