What does the actual cost mean?
The actual cost is what it actually costs to produce the water and electricity you use and get it to you. The actual cost of what you use is a lot more than what you pay for it. The actual cost is based on the cost for the whole of the Emirate, so we use the same figure for Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.
