Process Description:
There are (5) types of applications that expected to be received requesting NOCs/Approvals as stated below:

Excavation Permit (EP):
Is an application that requests an excavation permission/ approval for laying of other service lines such as Water, Electricity, Fiber Optic Cables etc on areas where HW service lines/assets are existing, under construction, under design, not proposed (Not on the Master Plan). See Table (1) for the required documents/approvals for this application.

Route Approval (RA):
Is an application that requests an NOC approval for alignment of other service lines such as Water, Electricity, Fiber Optic Cables etc on areas where HW services lines/assets are existing, under construction, under design, not proposed (Not on the Master Plan). See Table (1) for the required documents/approvals for this application.

Layout Approval (Buildings), (LA-1):
Is an applications that requests layout approval for proposals such as Commercial/ Residential Buildings at locations where HW services line are existing, under construction, under design, not proposed (Not on the Master Plan). Usually those building Layout does include a location of a Holding Tank to be approved. See Table (1) for the required documents/approvals for this application

Layout Approval (Roads) , (LA-2):
Is an applications that requests layout approval for layout for proposals s of a Government (Muscat Municipality), or Private Roads (New Petrol Filling Stations, Complexes ..etc), including parking areas at locations where HW services line are existing, under construction, under design, not proposed (Not on the Master Plan). See Table (1) for the required documents/approvals for this application

Why We Have A Call Centre:
The toll free number is another link between the company and the people besides company web site, exhibitions and the different meetings held by the company with different groups of the society in Muscat governorate to impart knowledge about the project.

The center will update its information whenever it is necessary and called for.
