FEWA Land Clearance Certificate/NOC For Water Supply

An official document with a specific validity issued by FEWA to the requesting entity, marking FEWA’s installations, and entitles its holder to begin with preparations for the project, against a fee in accordance with the regulations of FEWA.

How to apply and Procedures
Application should be submitted by a Consultant approved by FEWA

The application is processed through the following phases:
Submission of application:
Duly filled application form with all required documents attached, can be submitted in the Customer Services Centers.

Service Procedures:
The Technical Section starts with the approval procedures according to the requirements and specifications of FEWA
The applicant receives No Objection Certificate within3 working days.

Channel For Supply Of Service:
1. Main Customer Services Centers
Service Hours :
Sundays to Thursdays 7:00 A.M – 5:00 P.M
Ajman Center, DibbaAl Fujairah, Fujairah 7:00 A.M – 8:30 P.M
Saturdays: All main centers except Al Dhaidand Umm Al Quwain 8:00 A.M – 1:00 P.M
Time period for Application Submission: 10 minutes

2. Sub Customer Services Centers:
Service Hours : 7:00 A.M – 2:00 P.M
Time period for Application Submission: 10 minutes

Correlation between other services and procedures:
Application for No Objection is correlated to:
** The application for Supplying the Water Service.

Service Regulations :
** Certificate validity is 3 months and can be extended once for a similar period without a fee.
** Government entities are exempted from the fees in case they exempt FEWA from the same fees.

Application for Clearance Certificate
An application submitted by a customer to obtain a clearance certificate from FEWA stating that the customer is not liable for outstanding payments towards FEWA against the account number as provided, or requesting for issuance of a final invoice in settlement of the account and disconnection of the service while vacating the premises.
