What options are available for paying my bill online?:
You may pay online using your checking or savings account or your debit or credit card.
What fees exist for paying online?:
There is no fee to pay using a checking or savings account. To pay by credit or debit card, you must enroll in Official Payments, and a fee will apply.
What is Official Payments?:
Official Payments is our authorized payment processing agent that provides our customers with the ability to pay their bill online using a credit or debit card. After enrolling in Official Payments through its website, you may pay your bill there or through our automated voice service line at 1-800-664-5463.
How do I sign up for Choice Pay?:
You can enroll online by clicking the ‘Credit/Debit Card’ button on your Account Summary page.
You can also enroll by telephone by dialing 1-888-323-0629 or from the Choice Pay website at choicepay.com.
Choice Pay allows you to make payments from your savings account, checking account or by credit or debit card.
Choice Pay charges a nominal fee for making payments online or by telephone. Oklahoma Natural Gas Company makes no profit from this fee.

Debit or Credit Card – $3.70 for each increment of $1,500.00

How long should it take for an Offical Payments payment to post?:
If you have received a cut-off notice you must contact Oklahoma Natural Gas Company at 1-800-664-5463 with your payment information as soon as possible.
Payments made before 3 p.m. on a regular business day will be credited to accounts the evening of the day of payment. For example, if a payment is made at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, the payment will post that evening.
Payments made on weekends, holidays or after 3 p.m. on normal business days (Monday through Friday) will be credited the evening of the following business day. For example, a payment made after 3 p.m. on Tuesday will post the following Wednesday evening. All payments made after 3 p.m. on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will post the following Monday evening.

How long does it take for my payment to post through Official Payments?:
Payment will post the evening of the next business day.
What if I have a Cut-off Notice?:
You should call the Oklahoma Natural Gas Customer Information Center at 1-800-664-5463 during business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.

After I enroll, how long before the plan takes effect?:
Your current bill amount will not be drafted from your bank account. The plan will be effective on the date indicated on your next bill statement.
What are the qualifications to enroll?;
You must have a U.S. checking or savings account at a U.S. bank, meet our predetermined credit standards and your account must be current.
