Paperless Billing is a free service that allows you to receive your gas bill online each month rather than through the mail.
How does Paperless Billing work?:
When you sign up for Paperless Billing, you’ll receive an email notification each month when your bill is available for viewing. The email will contain a link to a digital copy of the paper bill you would have otherwise received in the mail. It’s the same bill with a different delivery.

Auto Pay:
Have your monthly bill automatically deducted from your bank account, debit or credit card.
Auto Pay is a free automatic payment deduction plan that makes paying your gas bills easier than ever before. Auto Pay works like this: Each month you will receive your bill as usual. The bill will show the amount due and the payment due date. On the payment due date, about 15 days after the bill is mailed to you, the amount due is automatically deducted from your bank account, debit or credit card. No stamps, checks, or envelopes are needed.
You can revoke your participation in this plan at any time as long as the payment isn’t processing. NW Natural also reserves the right to cancel your participation.

Yes. When you pay by check online, you can schedule a payment for up to 30 days in advance. Please select the date you wish to pay your bill from the calendar next to the “payment date” field.

NW Natural also offers a payment option that allows you to pay your gas bill with a credit card or debit card over the phone. To use this service call 866-904-8481.
Q: How do I know when my payment was received?:
