Pre-Authorized Payment
Sign up for our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan and your amount due will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the day before late payment penalties would otherwise apply. With Pre-Authorized Payments, you’ll never miss a payment and you’ll still receive statements.
You can now sign up for Pre-Authorized Payment with ease – you no longer have to fill out a paper application and mail it in. All you have to do is register for myEnbridge, or sign in to your existing myEnbridge account, go to your Billing Options & Services and select the Pre-Authorized Payments Plan.
Credit Card Payment
You can pay by credit card online using Plastiq, a third party online payment service. Please be aware that:
** To complete your payment you’ll need your credit card details, payment amount, as well as the name and account number for the Enbridge account.
** Plastiq accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
** Plastiq charges 1.99% of the total Enbridge payment amount. This charge will appear as a separate item on your credit card bill in addition to the amount paid on your Enbridge account.
** You need to click on “Review Payment” on the Plastiq website, after you’ve entered all of the requested information, to complete your transaction.
** You will be provided with a confirmation number if the transaction is successful.
** You’re responsible for ensuring Enbridge receives your payment on time. Please review the terms and conditions of the service you are using.
Please Note:
Making a Visa payment through Plastiq may result in additional cash advance fees. Please speak to the bank that issued your Visa card to confirm if additional fees apply.

Bill Payment Reminders
Unless you have Pre-Authorized Payments set up, your bill is due when it is received. Please be sure to allow seven days for your payment to reach our office and to be processed, when paying by mail, and two to three business days when paying online or at your bank. This will help you avoid late payment charges or service disruptions.
If circumstances (such as job loss, illness or injury) prevent you from paying on time, please get in touch with us to help make alternative payment arrangements. If you receive a collection notice from us, please call the number noted right away. We can solve most problems with a simple discussion.
