Students Online Enrolment:
All students are required to complete enrolment at the start of each academic session. Enrolment is the formal process of becoming a student of the University. The online enrolment service allows you to complete this process online.

Applying for a Course:
Before you can enrol online, you must make an application to study your chosen course. If you arrive to enrol and you have not applied please visit follow the link https://www.southwales.ac.uk/ where you can make and submit an application to study your chosen course.
New Students:
You will receive an email containing your Student ID number. This will be your username for your IT account throughout your time at the University. Please ensure that you enrol online as soon as you receive your email. Please follow the following link: https://www.southwales.ac.uk/getting-started/enrolment/
International and EU Students:
International student advice and provision is offered by University of South Wales staff sited on both the Treforest and City campuses. For advice and guidance on immigration matters, please visit the link: https://www.southwales.ac.uk/
Returning students:
If you are eligible to use the online enrolment service, you will have received an email to your University email account confirming your eligibility. A personal message will display on Unilife informing you that the service is available for you. If you have to re-sit any form of assessment you will become eligible for online enrolment after you have successfully passed. Your Faculty will contact you directly. Can I enrol through the medium of Welsh?:
The University regrets it is unable to offer an online service through the medium of Welsh at the present time. If you would like to enrol through the medium of Welsh, please complete our enrolment form and post it to:

Where can I go to pay my tuition fees?:
The Revenue Unit is responsible for administering tuition fees payments, revenue collection and the financial transactions of the University. Funding your studies:
Each student is responsible for ensuring that their financial obligations are met. We strongly recommend that you read the University’s Tuition Fee Regulations before you proceed through the online enrolment service.
UK and European Union (EU) Students:
There are three options available for you to fund your studies. Please ensure that you are aware of the information you are required to provide to the University for the option that applies to you:
1.Student Loan from the Student Loan Company
2.Funded by an alternative sponsor
3.Paying your own fees directly to the University
Overseas Students
Overseas students must pay at least 50% of their tuition fees before being able to proceed through the enrolment service. If you wish to make a payment now, please visit the online payment service. If you have secured funding for your course but have not yet informed us, please contact the Finance Office (telephone +44 (0) 1443 483340) to discuss what to do next.
