Criminal Records For Criminal Case Disclosure Conference (CCDC):
This Service allows you to make online applications for criminal records used for criminal case disclosure conference from the Singapore Police Force.

To use this service, you must:
Be the defendant of the case, the Law Firm representing the defendant or any representative of the defendant and have the following information ready:
** Court Case No
** Report No
** Offence
** Name of Investigation Officer
** Division
Have a local contact number (e.g. mobile/residence/any other local number).
Submit the applications and payment at least 7 days in advance of stipulated date of service for prosecution to serve the supplementary bundle for CCDC.
The prescribed fee of S$32 is chargeable and non-refundable for every e-application and it must be paid using credit/debit card or internet banking at the point of application.
Once the e-application is approved, the criminal records will be provided directly to the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) to be served formally to the defence during the CCDC process. There is no refund even if the defence elects not to serve the Case for the Defence during the secondary service in the CCDC.
Providing false information to the Police in the e-application is an offence under section 182 of the Penal Code, Chapter 224.

What do you need for log-in to this e-Service?:
A valid SingPass account is required for access to this e-service. For corporate applicants (e.g. law firms), the UEN number is also required for authentication and employees need to be authorised via IRAS’ EASY website to access the e-service.
What you need to know before applying for Criminal Records for CCDC? :
To use this service, you must have a legitimate interest*, be the defendant of the case, the Law Firm representing the defendant or any representative of the defendant. Please be warned that providing false information to the Police in the e-application may be an offence under section 182 of the Penal Code, Chapter 224.
Kindly submit your applications with the required payment for Criminal Records to be used for CCDC at least 7 days in advance of the stipulated date of service for prosecution to serve the supplementary bundle for CCDC. Any application submitted after 1.00pm will be processed the next working day.

What is the prescribed fee for applications via e-CCDC?:
The prescribed fee of S$32 is imposed for each application for the criminal records of one person. This prescribed fee may be paid using credit card or internet direct debit payment at the time of application. The prescribed fee is chargeable and non-refundable.
Must I make payment immediately upon submitting my application?:
It is recommended that payment is made immediately upon submitting your application. This will expedite the application process.
You may however, choose to make payment at a later time. To pay later, simply select Enquire and pay and log in to provide the transaction reference number that was given to you after you had submitted your application.
Will I be given a receipt for my payment?:
An official receipt will be issued upon successful payment.
You can print or save it for future reference. If you fail to obtain a receipt after successful payment, please email to SPF_CRO_CCDC_RECORDS@spf.gov.sg for assistance. Please do not make another application.
What is the payment mode?:
Payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card or Internet Banking.
For payment via eNets Credit/Debit Card, you must possess a VISA Credit Card, MasterCard Credit Card, MasterCard Debit Card, or Visa Electron Debit Card.
For payment via Internet Banking, you must have a valid Internet Banking Account with Citibank, DBS, or UOB.
What happen after I have paid the prescribed fee for e-CCDC?:
Upon receipt of the prescribed payment and your application is approved, the criminal records will be provided directly to the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) to be served formally to the defence during the CCDC process.
If the application is received with the prescribed payment but the defence elects not to serve the Case for the Defence during the secondary service in the CCDC, the criminal records will not be served to defence. In such a situation, no refund will be allowed. All applications are subject to approval.
What can I do if my application via e-CCDC is unsuccessful or I realised that I made a mistake after I had submitted my application?:
If the application is unsuccessful, please try again later or alternatively you may choose to apply for criminal records via Walk-in Applications.
