The payment may be made by cash or by cheque in the name of the Registrar of Companies. The applicants abroad may apply for certified copies to the Registrar of Companies to the email address deptcomp@drcor.mcit.gov.cy or eterion@drcor.mcit.gov.cy . The payable amount may be reemitted to the Central Bank of Cyprus (SWIFT CODE: CBCYCY2NFBU) through Target 2 for the credit of Government General Account no. CY16001000010000000006001010 in favor of Registrar of Companies & Official Receiver. The annual general meeting of a company is convened within eighteen months of the date of its registration.
