ANNUAL REPORT :
Where to apply? :
** BI Main Office
** Other Immigration Offices

All registered aliens and ACR I-Card holders except Temporary Visitor’s Visa holders or Tourist Visa holders can apply.

What to bring? :
1. Checklist with complete documentary requirements
2. Application Form for All Types of Visa
3. Application Form for EO 324 or RA 7919
How to apply? :
** Present original ACR I-Card or paper-based ACR, passport visa page of latest arrival and official receipts of previous Annual Report payment.
** Secure the Order of Payment Slip.
** Pay the required immigration fees.
** Get the Official Receipt.
How much does it cost? :
Annual Report (AR) Fee 300.00
Legal Research Fee (LRF) 10.00
for each immigration fee
except Head Tax and Fines
TOTAL 310.00

Note: Monthly fine of P200.00 for delayed Annual Report (reckoned from March 2 of the current year).
Annual Report Fee is assessed once the arrival of the applicant falls on or before Nov. 2 of the preceding year.

ALIEN CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION IDENTITY CARD (ACR I-CARD) ISSUANCE :
Who can apply? :
All foreign nationals who are visa holders of Temporary Visitor’s Visa or Tourist Visa who have stayed for more than fifty-nine (59) days in the Philippines

What to bring? :
1. Checklist with complete documentary requirements
2. Application Form
How to apply? :
ACR I-Card application must be submitted together with the application for visa.
How much does it cost? :
USD 50.00
Plus Php 500.00

RENEWAL OF ALIEN CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION IDENTITY CARD (ACR I-CARD) :
Who can apply? :
All foreign nationals who are existing ACR I-card holders whose basis of renewal is any of the following
** Expiration of the one (1) year validity of the card;
** Re-registration of alien upon reaching the age of 14;
** Change of visa status;
** Replacement of ACR as required under the Alien Registration Act of 1950, as amended.

What to bring? :
1. Checklist with complete documentary requirements
2. Application Form
How to apply? :
** Secure and fill out an application form and attach required documents.
** Submit application with complete requirements.
** Check the database for any derogatory record.
** Get an Order of Payment Slip (OPS).
** Pay the required fees.
** Submit copy of Official Receipt.
** After evaluation application and approved, the ACR I-Card shall be printed.
** Present claim stub and identification (ID) card.
